Oenology is the science and study of wine and winemaking; distinct from viticulture, the agricultural endeavours of vine-growing and of grape-harvesting. The winemaker is in charge of the production of wine, starting with the selection of the fruit, its fermentation into alcohol, and the bottling of the finished liquid.
When a complex product, such as wine, is elaborated, you search for perfection, knowledge and, above all, experience. That is why, Marcelo Félix Giaroli is our winemaker.
Marcelo Giaroli has more than 35 years of experience in the elaboration of wine. Of Italian descent, he comes from a family of wine makers. Giaroli has taken several specialisation courses abroad and has achieved an exemplary record in his successful career, all of which make our wines unique.
